Personal Training

I am very excited to launch personal training services this Fall! 

Services will include: 

  • Private Training Sessions (1 on 1 training) 

  • Semi - Private Sessions (2 -4 people) 

  • Virtual and In-Person 

These sessions will be designed and tailored to discover movement that makes you feel happy and strong. 

 

My approach for all sessions will have the foundation of: 

  • Compassion

  • Joy

  • Confidence

  • and Body - Positivity
